WMM Real Estate Management is part of the WMM – Wullschleger Martinenghi Manzini Group, comprising more than seventy professionals specializing in wealth, corporate, tax and real estate consulting at its headquarters in Lugano. As members of CATEF / SVIT we offer a complete service in real estate administration and brokerage. Our management services are directed to individual property owners, condominiums, real estate companies and commercial investors, with the aim of actively contributing to the appreciation of their real estate.

Our brokerage activities are based on our expertise in the sale and purchase of flats and buildings, as well as in first-time lets. Thanks to regular training and further education, we are experts in the financial and technical management of real estate.
